How Do Our Wellness Coaching Sessions Work?

Our wellness coaching sessions are available for $200, which includes four 30-minute sessions that must be scheduled within a three-month time frame. This allows for enough time to work on your goals while keeping the momentum going.

During your first session, Katie Noble will work with you to identify your wellness goals and create a personalized plan to achieve them. She will then guide and support you through the process, providing you with the necessary tools and resources to help you achieve your goals.

Throughout the coaching process, Katie Noble will also help you to stay accountable and motivated by regularly reviewing your progress and adjusting your plan as necessary.
